Peeled sweet armellinas
Armellinas (apricot pit – Prunus Armeniaca L. drupe) come in a cinnamon color and can range from lighter to darker shades.
They taste sweet, with no external aftertaste and they never taste rancid.
Armellinas are rich in Vitamin B17 and they are used to produce amarettos, for oil extraction and in the cosmetic industry.
