Natural sweet Apulian Bari almonds

Apulian almonds are obtained by the seeds of the almond tree ( prunus dulcis), they get shelled, carefully selected and calibrated. These are mainly used to make sweets such as nougat, sugared almonds (Italian confetti), cakes, cookies and amarettos.

They are also rich in Vitamins (mainly B and E), essential amino-acids, unsaturated fats and mineral salts (Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Iron).

Apulian almonds are also well known for lowering bad cholesterol.
