Almond flour
This product is obtained by grinding selected peeled sweet almonds, that come either from Italy or California. This flour can be used to make baked goods or, together with sugar, to make almond paste. This is also the essential ingredient for soft amarettos and sweet cream.
This flour can be made in different grain sizes.
